
Claims Coordinator

This role oversees the entire process of handling claims for the tyre division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and credit notes across the tyre division segments
- Ensure timely delivery of claim stocks to factory premises
- Manage and dispatch monthly claims and credit notes to customers in a prompt manner
- Pursue and follow up on claim settlements efficiently
- Provide additional support services, including pursuing and visiting with transporters as necessary
