Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Program Manager to lead and expand our educational and wellness programs. This role combines program development, team leadership, and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful courses, seminars, and workshops while fostering a thriving learning community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management of educational programs, wellness seminars, and skill-building workshops aligned with our mission.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging curricula and training materials.
  • Oversee logistics (scheduling, venue, materials) for on-campus and virtual events.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and iterate for improvement.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of content writers, social media specialists, and customer support staff.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery of content, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
  • Build partnerships with external organizations, influencers, and vendors to co-create programs or secure resources.
  • Occasionally represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations) to align strategies and resources.
  • Oversee content creation (articles, videos, blogs) to promote programs and wellness tips.
  • Manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to engage audiences and drive registrations.
  • Analyze metrics to optimize content performance and audience growth.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of participant inquiries and feedback.
  • Develop retention strategies (e.g., alumni networks, loyalty programs).
Performance Metrics:
  • Track KPIs: program attendance, revenue growth, social media engagement, and team productivity.
  • Prepare monthly reports for leadership.
