This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Assistant Manager, Financial Control to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Record to Report processes for different geographies and sub-processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on Group Accounting guidelines in Oracle EPM.
  • Preparation and monitoring of reconciliation between FCC and Oracle Fusion used for recording of transactions monthly.
  • Implementation of changes in IFRS in FCC for business units.
  • Dealing with Group Accounting and Business Units teams on reporting of financial results for in-scope business units.
  • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance as received from Group Accounting.
Your Typical Day at Work:
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss reporting requirements and timelines.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates must be CA/CA finalist, ACCA Member, or ICMA.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in IFRS.
  • At least 5 years' experience in accounting or finance in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in accounting and financial systems, including Oracle.
  • ERP/Oracle FCC implementation experience is a plus.
