Consumer Segments and Market Research:

  • Identify key consumer groups to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Tailor marketing efforts to resonate with the needs and preferences of target demographics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other departments to drive effective brand messaging.

Market Analysis and Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation:

  • Track the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, measuring against predefined targets and KPIs.
  • Assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
  • Compile sales data and other relevant metrics to create detailed performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market insights.

  • Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Optimize marketing platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.

Market Trend Identification and Analysis:

  • Utilize sales data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to capitalize on market dynamics and stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
  • Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in budget management and sales strategies tracking.
  • Ability to assist/manage marketing campaigns and events from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to produce reports for evaluating the effectiveness of publications, events, and marketing campaigns.
