We require a Bookkeeper to manage vendor payments, analyze payments, and follow up on invoicing with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily sales reports and submit to the supervisor daily before the set deadline.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with account-related matters.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping, weekly lodgments, payment analysis, and invoicing.
  • Reconcile accounts as required.
  • Create and dispatch purchase orders and invoices.
  • Schedule follow-ups with customers and vendors via phone and email for pending payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English
  • Impeccable finance and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
