Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage retail branches with a proven track record of success in the shoe retail industry
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  3. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  4. Ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management
  5. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
  6. Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the shoe retail industry
  2. Proven track record of success in shop management roles
  3. Strong ERP and computer skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
