Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused individual to fill the position of surveys and research assistant. The primary responsibility of this role will be to conduct face-to-face surveys in assigned areas, gather accurate data using mobile devices or paper forms, and maintain the confidentiality of respondents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with team members, adhere to project guidelines, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Collect data through surveys and focus groups in designated areas
• Ensure data accuracy by thoroughly reviewing collected information
• Develop strong relationships with respondents to increase data quality
• Collaborate with the research team to achieve project goals
• Provide regular updates on survey progress and any challenges encountered
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance data collection skills

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in data collection using mobile devices or paper forms. Intermediate proficiency in CAPI data collection is also highly regarded. We prefer candidates who are local residents of Orangi and adjacent areas or Rawalpindi and value graduates' applications.
