Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to lead the development of data-driven solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis & Visualization
  • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports showcasing key performance indicators and financial metrics
  • Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to communicate complex data insights effectively
Power BI Development
  • Build scalable and secure Power BI solutions to meet business requirements
  • Implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Configure row-level security and role-based access to safeguard sensitive information
Infrastructure Management
  • Optimize Power BI datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules for optimal performance
  • Analyze and refine existing BI infrastructure to ensure seamless scalability with growing data volumes
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate technical needs
  • Cultivate relationships with compliance and security teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Provide comprehensive documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Quality Assurance & Support
  • Execute thorough testing cycles to ensure data integrity and business alignment
  • Maintain vigilance over potential data discrepancies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal reporting disruptions
Continuous Improvement
  • Promote industry best practices for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management
  • Offer proactive post-deployment support, addressing production issues and refining dashboards based on user feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Power BI features, Azure offerings, and BI technologies to propose innovative solutions
