Social Media Community Manager

PakWheels is seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow digital communities across various platforms.

  • Develop and curate high-performing content to engage with the audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and passionate about creating engaging social-first content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule content across multiple platforms using Buffer and native tools.
  • Maintain consistency across platforms and follow content calendars.
  • Monitor and analyze trending topics, including automotive, pop culture, memes, and audio trends.
  • Pitch and post viral-style content relevant to the target audience.
  • Track and report content performance via analytics tools.
  • Analyze post-by-post performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
  • Stay informed about the auto community's discussions, from car launches to auto memes.
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and shares to identify pain points and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on social media experience.
  • Ability to drive organic reach and engagement.
  • Strong interest in trends, memes, and storytelling.
  • Quick response and adaptability.
  • Comfortable with analytics and content planning.
  • Excellent writing skills for catchy captions and hooks.
  • Interest in the automotive space is a plus.
  • Proficiency in various social media management tools.
