**Job Title: 3D Animation Specialist**
Key Responsibilities:- Design and animate realistic character actions that captivate audiences.
- Animate creatures, props, vehicles, cameras, and actions based on storyboards, script pages, or descriptions.
- Create immersive scene layouts using a library of assets.
- Compose and animate cameras in a cinematic style to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with 3D artists, leads, and animation supervisors to ensure client requirements are met.
- Work under the guidance of senior 3D artists to grow and develop the business, implement working methodologies, manage large projects, and coordinate visual effects output and quality control.
- Partner with lead animators to ensure timely completion of character assets at the desired quality level.
- Familiarity with Animation Principles is essential.
- Participate actively in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews.
- Experience in game development animating characters using Maya, Flash, Spine, After Effects, or equivalent 3D or 2D software.
- Strong understanding of traditional animation principles and their application to enhance gameplay and creative marketing trailers.
- Self-motivation, effective communication skills, and a team player attitude.
- Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.
- A passion for video games.
- Experience in FX and Particle animation.
- Skill in one more related discipline: Modeling, rigging, or technical art.
- Experience with Unity.
