Lead Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive new client acquisitions.
  2. Design and craft compelling email content to engage potential customers and encourage conversions.
  3. Conduct outreach efforts via phone calls to introduce our services and secure bookings.
  4. Pursue corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and event organizers to expand our network.
  5. Manage and update a CRM system with lead and customer information for seamless tracking.
  6. Analyze email and call performance data to optimize conversion rates and improve overall efficiency.
  7. Nurture leads through regular follow-up communications via email and phone to close deals effectively.
  8. Maintain exceptional customer service standards to build lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in email marketing, cold calling, or sales with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone and style.
  3. Able to handle objections and close deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing software is highly valued.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Prior experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or corporate services is preferred but not required.
