This role is a full-time opportunity for a Telesales Specialist to engage with potential clients over the phone, provide exceptional customer service, and convert leads into sales. The specialist will be responsible for following up on client inquiries, providing detailed property information, and supporting the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs.

We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and communication skills, experience in sales and training, and proficiency in using CRM and sales software. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients over the phone to provide exceptional customer service and convert leads into sales
  • Follow up on client inquiries and provide detailed property information
