About the Role

Responsibilities
  1. Corporate Tax Expertise: Provide guidance on corporate income tax, sales tax, and other tax-related matters.
  2. Tax Planning and Advisory: Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  3. Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead M&A projects, providing tax-efficient structures, analysis, and advisory services.
  4. Tax Accounting and Reporting: Manage tax accounting and reporting, including current and deferred tax, and handle all audit matters related to taxation.
