About the Role

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Determine project objectives by analyzing business needs, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  2. Ensure that teams have the necessary resources, direction, and product specifications to deliver products effectively.
  3. Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and elements.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to help them achieve their optimum performance levels and career development.
  5. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in web project management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Business analysis planning and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to lead multi-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development environments, UML tools, and software measurement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
