Strategic Performance Enhancement Expert

This is a key role that requires an Executive Performance Management expert to leverage their expertise in enhancing organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing performance management strategies that align with goals. Responsibilities:

  • Provide Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is desirable.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in performance management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advocate for performance management initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Performance Management Tools: Experience with performance management tools and systems is preferred.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
