Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our design and marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing existing and potential clients, and driving new business growth.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products;
  2. Maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying opportunities for new business growth;
  3. Managing and coordinating design projects, including concept development, design execution, and quality control;
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field;
  2. At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of success;
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills;
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
