Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can contribute to the development of our EWS Group product line. The chosen candidate will work closely with our development team, collaborating on software projects and contributing to the creation of innovative solutions. This role involves working collaboratively with other developers, product analysts, and management teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 1+ years' experience developing and supporting software applications in a Windows environment is desirable.Bachelor's degree in programming, software engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience and/or demonstrated development skills.Experience participating in a team-based agile software development environment is preferred.Experience developing database applications using the SQL data manipulation language is required.Familiarity with relational database management system concepts and constructs is essential.Experience developing software using one or more of the following: SQL Server, C#, .NET, C++ is required.Solid knowledge of object-oriented development concepts is necessary.Strong problem-solving, technical, application/system troubleshooting skills with the ability to think clearly and resolve issues efficiently under pressure are required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.Ability to learn and master new technology and commit to continuous self-development is essential.Flexibility in design and development approach, with the ability to adapt to different styles for different projects is required.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, coping successfully with diversity and complexity in a dynamic environment is necessary.Adaptable to changing schedules and priorities as needed is essential.Patience, flexibility, and ability to handle pressure are required.Excellent organizational skills are necessary.Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.Strong interpersonal and team relationship skills; able to work well individually or as part of a team are essential.Desire to provide outstanding products and customer service, focusing on project quality, completeness, and thoroughness is necessary.Must show initiative by offering ideas to help improve the department.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality concerning development projects is essential.Ability to learn on the fly and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity when facing new problems is necessary.
