Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires driving and executing brand strategy across all business units. As a Brand Manager, you will develop data-driven solutions to drive brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute the brand strategy for PakWheels, aligning it with business goals and maintaining a strong presence across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, market share) and present insights to leadership. Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure timely and aligned execution of brand initiatives. Manage brand calendars effectively.
  • Full Cycle Campaigns: Oversee the full cycle of brand campaigns, including planning, KPI setting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all channels to maintain messaging and visual consistency. Address deviations proactively.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is required, along with a minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
