Objective:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our Accounting and Financial Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive financial growth, improve processes, and foster a culture of compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle accounting, finance, and taxation. They will oversee the accounts and finance team, review and optimize policies, procedures, and information systems; taxation (Pakistan), payables, receivables, budgeting, banking, forecasting, and auditing. The role also involves financial modeling, business planning, and providing leadership, consulting, and coaching to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effective delivery of the entire financial system, ensuring corporate governance through policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and timely completion of filings (Tax, etc).
  • Monitoring financial operations, preparing analysis, and reports, while providing guidance to operating staff on minimizing risk and improving financial outcomes.
  • Cash flow management, forecasting, and corporate relationships.
  • Reviewing, updating, and developing internal control systems, managing and overseeing internal audits for compliance with policies and standards.
  • Preventive and corrective measures for fraudulent activities (forensic accounting).
  • Managing payroll function ensuring confidentiality controls.
  • Continuous quality improvement of existing processes with a deep focus on team development and process automation.

Job Specification:

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, CA, ACCA, or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management is required. Expertise in accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, and banking is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and mentoring skills are also required. Experience in accounting and taxation is preferred.
