Fundraising Specialist Job at Aman Welfare Society

Aman Welfare Society (AWS) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of underprivileged communities in Pakistan. We strive to provide essential services, including education, healthcare, and economic empowerment, to those who need them most.

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a critical member of our development team, you will be responsible for securing funding for our projects and programs, enabling us to expand our reach and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  2. Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, companies, and foundations.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors through regular interactions.
  4. Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
  5. Coordinate and execute successful fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or development studies.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated success in securing funds from various sources.
  4. Superb communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
