Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled digital advertising professional to join our team. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on call generation, lead acquisition, and conversions.

Your primary goal will be to drive results through data-driven strategies, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for our business.

To achieve this, you will conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance. You will also implement A/B testing strategies and analyze data to continually improve ad performance and ROI.

In addition, you will collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business objectives and marketing initiatives.

You will have full responsibility for monitoring ad budgets, pacing, and performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on call generation, lead acquisition, and conversions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically for call generation.
  2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  3. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
