CSSD Sterilization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSSD sterilization specialist to maintain the highest standards of patient care by ensuring the proper handling and sterilization of medical instruments.

• Develop and implement effective sterilization protocols to ensure the quality and safety of medical instruments.
• Maintain accurate records of instrument inventory, sterilization schedules, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify areas for improvement in instrument management and implement changes as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS(Hons) in Surgical Technology and relevant experience in the field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
