Job Description
The System Support Officer is responsible for ensuring that computer systems and IT equipment are running smoothly. This includes installing and repairing hardware and peripherals, testing computers to ensure they are functioning properly, and identifying and solving problems affecting computer systems and IT equipment.

Responsibilities
* Installing and repairing computer hardware and peripherals
* Testing computers to ensure they are functioning properly
* Identifying and solving problems affecting computer systems and IT equipment
* Performing routine maintenance on computer systems and other IT equipment

Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a related field
* BScs / BS / BE or equivalent qualification
