Product Innovation Lead

We are revolutionizing SME lending in emerging markets through fintech innovation.

The stakes are high, and so is the bar. We need someone who can lead UX and UI design across mobile and web products, translate rough concepts and workflows into clean user journeys, build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, and partner tightly with product, engineering, and operations to shape features.

  • Conduct lightweight user research and usability validation.
  • Think in flows, not just screens, and obsess over edge cases.
  • Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, the works).
  • UX research basics, user interviews, usability tests, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable UI frameworks.
  • Wireframe quickly and polish when needed.
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Portfolio with relevant work, ideally shipped B2B or fintech products.
  • Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and make others better.
