Job Title: Data-Driven Sales Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Sales Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling business decisions by implementing and improving sales automation initiatives and projects.

You will drive analytics in the sales function, accommodating all functions and businesses. This includes developing automated reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs).

To succeed, you will provide sales teams with the right tools, resources, and information to improve efficiency. You will use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into sales performance and suggest areas for improving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to ensure teams understand and fully utilize available resources.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing optimal processes and procedures for end users.
  • Meet ad-hoc reporting requirements of all stakeholders by using SQL Reporting Services and Power BI.
  • Regularly assess automation processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work on different web portals, supporting data integration, data transformation, and conversion into information.
  • Maintain and review health checks to ensure that DMS is being used in its true spirit and accurate sales and numeric reports can be generated by the system.
  • Use various reporting and BI tools for data interpretation and factual decision-making.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Application Support or Development experience, including complementary applications and application testing.
  • Knowledge of sales and distribution operations.
  • Hands-on experience in dashboard designing in Power BI.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in database management/writing queries – intermediate level.
  • Project management experience (preferable).
