Job Description:

  1. Financial Planning: Develop and formulate a proper finance & Accounting system in shape of procedures and relevant supporting documents to ensure financial stability and growth.
  2. Budgeting: Prepare financial budgets for the overall organization, assisting top management in making informed financial decisions.
  3. Financial Reporting: Responsible for preparing accurate financial reports (balance sheet, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements) to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's financial health.
  4. Account Reconciliations: Conduct account reconciliations that include inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  5. Expense Management: Identify potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow, highlighting these to management for prompt action.
  6. General Accounting Functions: Lead general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work to maintain financial records.
  7. Staff Salaries: Finalize salaries of staff members and present the salary sheet to management for approval.
  8. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analysis of production orders to assess the company's profitability against each order.
  9. Vendor Invoices: Verify and approve invoices received from vendors to ensure timely payment and avoid any discrepancies.
  10. Business Operations: Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or provide advice.
  11. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping to standardize financial processes.
  12. Internal Financial Auditor: Work as an internal financial auditor to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  13. Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks related to accounts assigned by top management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: MBA Finance, M COM
  • Experience: 5 to 6 Years
  • Skills: Analytical and managerial skills, clear and meaningful communication skills
