Project Coordination Specialist

Seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within established parameters. This involves defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution. Additionally, the Project Manager will monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Team Management: Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment; coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and methodologies.
  • Communication: Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
