Leasing Director

The Dominion Mall and Apartments seeks a skilled Retail Property Manager to lease out its premier shopping center. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to identify top-tier retailers and secure long-term leasing agreements.

• Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with retailers, real estate managers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
• Stay informed about new retail concepts and trends to ensure a competitive tenant mix.
• Prepare detailed marketing presentations and merchandising plans to showcase the benefits of leasing at Dominion Mall and Apartments.
• Meet with clients to understand their short- and long-term requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare supporting documents in a timely manner.
• Compile leasing and market analysis reports to inform business decisions.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial leasing, preferably in high-profile mixed-use projects.
• Pre-development leasing experience is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of project timelines, budget constraints, and market conditions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the company's value proposition.
• Knowledge of current retail trends and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Ability to conduct market surveys, gather data, and analyze results to inform business decisions.
