Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling and qualifying prospects, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calls and qualifies prospects to book discovery calls for our sales team
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to share feedback and refine scripts to hit weekly appointment targets
  • Represents the brand in a professional and friendly manner to build trust with potential clients
Requirements
  • Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in US/Canada time zones (night shift)
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented individual
  • Nice to have: prior experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or appointment setting
