  3. Offer technical advice and guidance to customers on their audio-visual equipment, promoting product understanding and satisfaction.

  4. Maintain clear, accurate, and organized documentation of repairs, customers' interactions, and technical support provided.

  5. Provide on-site technical support during company events, ensuring all audio-visual systems are functioning properly.

  6. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues customers may face, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  7. Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements

  1. Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems at events is highly desirable.

  2. Technical certification in audio visual or electronic repair is preferred.

  3. Proven experience in electronic instrument repair, with a strong background in audio visual/home audio systems.

  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.

  5. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to customers professionally.

  6. Good administrative skills, including the ability to maintain records and manage documentation efficiently.

  7. Exceptional attention to detail in both technical work and customer interactions.

  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  9. Ability to provide on-site support during company events.
