**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for overall Area Leadership, overseeing the academic leadership and management of Schools and entire cohort of Principals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure improvement in Student Success Rate (SSR) and fee collection enhancement, while managing day-to-day fleet operations.
  • Manage Area Administrator to perform overall administrative duties and Academic data management.

Key Relationships:

  • Maintain communication with community members to facilitate school needs, encourage strong relationships between Principals and Parents, and occasionally attend Parent-Student meetings.
  • Liaise with donors on education-related activities when required.

Principal Quality Strengthening:

  • Responsible for improving Principal Quality through regular visits and feedback.
  • Work with the RHR Manager to recruit quality local Principals.
  • Monitor continuous improvement throughout the year and support Principals through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary.

Teacher Quality Enhancement:

  • Develop strategies to improve Teacher Quality through Training and Content Teachers (TCT) and Pedagogy.
  • Collaborate with Principals to recruit quality local Teachers, especially in challenging locations.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide consistent feedback.

School Improvement:

  • Develop clear action plans for struggling schools and implement regular follow-up to ensure improvement.
  • Plan and develop area-wide improvement strategies linked to whole-school development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English and Urdu language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using computer software (MS Office, Internet etc.) and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Education from a reputable institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a principal.
