Audit Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to fill a leadership role, leading and managing external audits from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage audit teams, oversee timelines, and ensure compliance with IFRS & UAE regulations.
  • Supervise and review the work of audit staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, provide audit insights, and recommend improvements to their processes.
  • Mentor junior auditors, helping them develop their skills and expertise in auditing.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, assess risks, review internal controls, and ensure overall compliance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized accounting certification (CA or CPA) with at least 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably with a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software, analytical skills, and excellent client management abilities.

This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders and drive results-oriented outcomes.
