As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day activities of our Finished Goods Warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving inbound goods, preparing authorization slips, and handling material authorization slips for contractors. Additionally, you will manage warehouse operations, including overseeing activities, ensuring safety and security measures are followed, and safeguarding storage areas from severe weather conditions.

Key responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, preparing authorization slips, managing warehouse operations, protecting storage environments, fulfilling orders, enhancing dispatch quality, handling logistics, maintaining equipment, liaising with MHE providers, separating special stocks, coordinating with production, participating in audits, handling emergencies, and maintaining orderly environments. You will also be responsible for matching inventory with SAP records, coordinating adjustments, and participating in Integrated Pest Management activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with 2-4 years' experience in Stores & Inventory Management. You should also have proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for warehouse activities, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and possess good communication and collaboration skills.
