Job Title: Software Architect

About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Architect to lead our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Business Stakeholders and Developers.
  • Provide guidance and support to Development teams and Business Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain Software Architecture documentation.
Pre-Sale Phase
  • Take part in sales meetings with potential clients.
  • Interpret client business needs and translate them into an Architecture Vision.
  • Estimate project scope and timeline.
Discovery Phase
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather project requirements.
  • Participate in workshops and kick-off meetings.
  • Break down project scope into manageable tasks.
  • Validate product backlog and acceptance criteria.
  • Help select the ideal team members for the project.
Development Phase
  • Share Architecture knowledge with Business Stakeholders and Development teams.
  • Manage the technical aspect of Change Management.
  • Work with the team to refine product scope.
  • Optimize infrastructure costs.
  • Maintain low Technical Debt.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Software Architect.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and platforms.
  • Familiarity with software design patterns.
  • Knowledge of high-performance systems.
  • Experience with architecture visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Will to travel internationally.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
