Lead Visual Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our team. As a Lead Visual Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all media platforms.
  • Create engaging and effective post designs for social media and traditional graphic design artworks.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry trends, technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Provide sales support documents, tools, and materials.
  • Be knowledgeable of the brand and advise best practices.
  • Negotiate and manage deadlines and workflow. Effective time management of multiple projects.
  • Effectively contribute and present ideas to the team and clients in a confident, clear manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive innovative quality and creativity.
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of UI/UX.
  • Be creative in producing infographics.
  • Create web/mobile responsive application designs.
  • Deliver assignments within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in graphic design.
  3. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop is a must.
  4. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and InDesign are a plus.
  5. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
  6. A strong portfolio of work is a must.
