Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a secondary sales system coordinator, responsible for ensuring seamless daily sales operations at over 500 distributors. This involves closely monitoring and troubleshooting the complete secondary sales solution, including Head office module, distributor module, mobile application, Decision Support System, Mobility, and integration between primary secondary system as well as SAP Business Warehouse.

Main Responsibilities
  • Closely coordinate with Secondary Sales Corporate user and Regional Support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide second-line support for Secondary Sales System Coordination point for Regional Support Team, addressing technical issues and concerns.
  • Maintain backup and maintenance activities at distributors, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Deploy, track, and resolve issues related to software updates and new releases, ensuring bug-free software at distributors.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, internal customers, and vendors to optimize sales operations and provide excellent customer service.
