Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to take on a challenging role as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media platforms, create and execute ad campaigns across all social media channels, and build and engage with online communities.
  • Research, write, edit, schedule, publish, and share high-quality content across various platforms to increase reach, engagement, and drive business objectives.
  • Develop basic graphic editing skills or use mobile apps to edit visual content.
  • Analyze relevant social metrics, provide insights, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns across social platforms.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with best practices and ensure the quality of online content.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and align client strategies with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience in running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms and willingness to stay up to date with the latest developments and changes within the digital landscape.
  • Proficiency in using social media management/scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong client management skills to manage client expectations.
