About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Wholesale Account Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with wholesale distributors and brand suppliers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with wholesale distributors and brand suppliers via phone to inquire about account openings and opportunities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION TECHNIQUES.
  • Follow up with suppliers via phone and email to ensure account approvals are secured and maintained.
  • Maintain an accurate database of contacted suppliers and track responses in real-time to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to align outreach efforts with business objectives and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a calling role, such as customer service, sales, or telemarketing, with a strong focus on communication and relationship-building.
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to various conversation scenarios and supplier needs.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and engaging suppliers professionally, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect.
  • Ability to follow established scripts while also adapting to conversations naturally and authentically, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or working with distributors, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Familiarity with Amazon wholesale (FBA) or eCommerce is considered a valuable asset.
