Key Responsibilities for Senior Software Developer Role

As a senior software developer, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of complex healthcare products. Your role will involve hands-on development and code review to ensure adherence to best practices. You must have a solid grasp of system architecture, full-stack development knowledge, and experience in guiding a development team.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Angular, PHP, and Node.js. You will also be responsible for ensuring application performance, security, and maintainability. Additionally, you will design scalable architectures using micro frontends and Dockerization.

You will manage and guide CI/CD pipelines based on Bitbucket. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in real-time production environments is also a critical part of this role. You must lead technical planning, system design, and product life cycle management.

This position requires collaboration with stakeholders including senior management, product owners, and front desk leads. You must have a strong understanding and implementation of SQL and NoSQL databases.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a similar relevant field is required. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant development and leadership experience.

Must-Have Requirements for This Position
  • Strong command of Angular and experience with scalable front-end architectures.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket-based), and production deployment strategies.
  • Ability to write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Exposure to application security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system design, troubleshooting, and managing full software lifecycles.
