Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Outreach: Identify and research potential brands for collaboration, utilizing data-driven approaches to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with brand representatives through regular communication, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Development: Create customized proposals for brand collaboration and negotiate terms to onboard brands, driving growth and revenue.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with brands to ensure successful partnerships, overcoming any obstacles that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is essential for success in this role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English are paramount for effective collaboration.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets is beneficial but not required.
  • Attitude:
    • A confident, outgoing, and results-driven attitude is crucial for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.
    • The ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence is vital for long-term success.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or brand collaboration is necessary for this role, with experience in Amazon Sales being highly preferred.
