We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Printing Operations Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong educational background in science or mechanical engineering to take on a challenging role in printing supervision.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with printing equipment, a solid understanding of graphic design principles, and excellent computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise printing operations and ensure timely completion of projects by effectively managing teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on production, materials, and labor costs to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Liaise with clients, employees, and external organizations to resolve issues and improve productivity through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality control processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a science degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, including the capacity to lead teams and motivate individuals to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong technical knowledge of printing technologies and graphic design principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Desirable Skills
