Cafeteria & Function Catering Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cafeteria & Function Catering Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria and function catering services.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures for cafeteria and function catering services, maintaining effective coordination of routine functions between and within departments, and planning and conducting on-the-job training sessions for service/catering staff.

In addition, you will assist in planning and design for service improvement, maintain statutory requirements and codes of good working practices in hygiene, safety, and sanitation principles, and ensure quality service in cafeteria/functions catering and provide supervision during peak hours.

You will also be responsible for optimizing services to promote customer satisfaction and participating in quality improvement efforts, investigating customer complaints and initiating corrective action, and planning, organizing, managing, and supervising official/private catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for cafeteria and function catering services.
  2. Maintain effective coordination of routine functions between and within departments.
  3. Plan and conduct on-the-job training sessions for service/catering staff.
  4. Assist in planning and design for service improvement.
