With over 290 locations across Pakistan and a team of highly skilled professionals, we provide fast and accurate results for routine and specialized testing.
Key Responsibilities- We verify patient identification and review lab test requisitions to ensure all necessary samples are collected correctly.
- Our phlebotomists perform accurate vein puncture procedures to collect blood samples while following strict safety protocols.
- Each patient's sample container is labeled according to our laboratory protocols to avoid specimen mix-ups.
- Our staff follows safety guidelines at all times, including proper disposal of sharp objects.
- We explain phlebotomy procedures to patients for both routine and special lab tests to ensure the correct sample collection method is used.
- Our team conducts home visits to collect samples directly from patients' doorsteps.
- A matriculation or intermediate degree is preferred.
- A motorcycle is required for conducting home phlebotomy services.
- Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience with venipuncture procedures on adult and pediatric patients.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Good knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and various collection containers is required.
- Good interpersonal skills are also necessary.
- Shift duties and flexibility are expected.
