Job Description:

The Content Architect is primarily responsible for guiding the Technical Content Engineer throughout the content development process and reviewing courses for technical and editorial quality.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing and refining course content to ensure delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
  2. Collaborating with Technical Content Engineers to guide them through the course development process from planning to launch.
  3. Evaluating courses to ensure technical correctness, interactivity appropriate to the content and difficulty level, editorial quality, and adherence to course standards.
  4. Managing performance standards through informal and formal performance appraisals.
  5. Identifying opportunities for operational improvements to enhance efficiency and simplify processes.
  6. Contribution to course development standards that guide Technical Content Engineers in building high-quality courses while providing room for creativity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Becoming an expert on platform capabilities to effectively guide Technical Content Engineers in fully utilizing platform features in courses.
  2. Maintaining awareness of technical developments to contribute to course strategy and ensure that educative courses are responsive to learner needs.
  3. Supporting other projects as requested by management.
