Job Title: Chief Social Media Strategist

Job Description:

As a Chief Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience. You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and create engaging content that resonates with our brand.

  1. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  2. Develop and implement a social media content calendar, including writing, editing, and publishing daily posts across multiple platforms.
  3. Establish and optimize our presence on each social media platform, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  4. Moderate user-generated content and ensure all online interactions reflect positively on our brand.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, manage reputation, and coordinate actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media specialization.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking expertise and familiarity with social analytics tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Understanding of major online marketing channels and good analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
