We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with expertise in business development, customer service, and team management. You will lead a team of sales executives, overseeing their performance and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on finding and developing new business opportunities, generating sales, and achieving revenue targets. You will also supervise sales activities in the region to meet assigned sales targets and coordinate customer services, shop working, and inventory management.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • SUPervise sales activities in the region to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate customer services, shop working, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate the Regional Sales Manager in territory/Area planning and expansion strategy according to the business plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
