Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA implementation expert to lead our end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex ERP implementations, with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations across various modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing and maintaining detailed project plans, status reports, and risk registers.

To succeed in this role, you will ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies, facilitate change management and user training activities, drive stakeholder communication and manage executive-level reporting, and manage testing, cut over, and go-live activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus)
  • 6+ years of project management experience, proven track record of delivering full-cycle SAP implementations or migrations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or SuccessFactors (depending on project scope)
