
Zonal Business Development Manager

As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing stock levels in your designated area. You will work closely with existing franchisees to ensure they are meeting their targets and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to improve their sales and profitability.
You will also be responsible for visiting customers and markets in accordance with an approved weekly tour plan, submitting detailed market tour reports, and maintaining excellent working relationships with existing franchisees. Additionally, you will develop new potential franchisees within your designated area and mentor them on effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with customers and franchisees.
- Manage stock levels and ensure that franchisees have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees to improve their sales and profitability.
- Develop new potential franchisees and mentor them on sales and product knowledge.
