We are seeking a highly qualified professional to excel in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and Business Systems Analysis, driving excellence in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance:
  1. Develop comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, cases, and scripts to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  2. Conduct multifaceted testing activities such as functional, regression, and performance testing across different platforms and environments.
  3. Collaborate with the development team to pinpoint and resolve issues, enhancing the quality and reliability of software.
  4. Manage defect documentation and resolution processes to maintain software integrity and performance standards.
  5. Participate in code reviews and advocate for high standards in code testability and quality.
Business Analysis:
  1. Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision in project deliverables. Establish strong relationships to facilitate ongoing dialogue and understanding.
  2. Translate intricate business needs into well-defined technical specifications and detailed functional requirements.
  3. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives. Strive for a unified vision that meets business goals and technical feasibility.
  4. Analyze and redesign business processes and workflows to increase efficiency and adaptability.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance organizational performance through innovative process improvements.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  1. Act as a conduit between QA, development teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity across all project phases.
  2. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting testing results, project milestones, and any critical issues.
  3. Ensure all parties are informed and prepared for changes that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
  4. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in QA and business analysis methodologies.
  5. Mentor junior team members in both QA and business analysis disciplines.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in a combined role of Software Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
  2. Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  3. Expertise in creating detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.
  4. Proficient with defect tracking tools.
  5. Strong analytical skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  2. Strong skills in SQL and database testing.
  3. Knowledge of automation frameworks.
  4. Proficiency with business process design tools.
  5. Hands-on experience with collaboration tools.
