Senior Enterprise Software Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software architecture and applications that meet business requirements, adhering to industry best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing skills development, ensuring the growth of their technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot complex code-level problems efficiently, employing creative problem-solving techniques.
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our development teams, driving innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology and product roadmap discussions, aligning strategic objectives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience designing and executing enterprise-class products.
- More than 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
- Exceptional proficiency and hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft Technologies: .NET / .NET Core, Web Services.
- Web technologies: ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML.
- Enterprise Applications: Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration.
- Database: SQL Server.
- Others: Git, GitFlow, Linux.
